omo, my year3s are really suffering man.
how should i help them??!!
I feel like helping them to do something. but I've got no time. time is so so so precious to!
of course, sometimes need private time for myself like now!

idk whether the current cadets do anot la. but i don't care about them anyway.
who i care is my year3s.
for 2 solid years, my juniors have been telling me this,
"weizhen, i really regret why when i was cadet i treated your this way. now, our cadets are treating us like this too."
all i can do is to nod my head.

we can't rewind time.
all we can is to tell the current cadets not to follow our footsteps.

and i totally agree.
because i was once a NCO & a cadet, i know exactly how both feel.
whoever junior read will think
"why you so old-fashion? keep repeating the same old thing again & again. you not sian i listen also super sian liao leh."
i know it is! you think i'm not sian for keep repeating meh? SIAO!
i even sian than you okay.

but what i want to say to the cadets is that, really, don't take your NCOs for granted.
they are here to help you & not to bully you okay.
if you're not interested in listening, just shut up ear, & do what you're suppose to do.
don't you think keep doing punishment is SUCH A DISGRACE?
got punished by someone whom is few years older than you nia.
if you're not, i tell you if is me, I am man!

year3s, pls ah, don't be afraid to speak up. tell us if you guys need help.
i know you are afraid might disturbed our studies.
we might not be able to go down to help, but we'll surely find help for your.

and to ALL THE JUNIORS: you will definitely feel so so so terrible treating your current NCOs when your become NCO. trust me.
